the PROCESS

1. Getting to know your vision

Tell us about your wedding day in our enquiry form.
Upon receiving your enquiry, we will check our availability and reach out to you via email (or phone, if preferred) to discuss your floral needs, wedding theme, colour scheme, overall style and any other questions you may have. We will also send you a brochure with all the details about our services and a starting price guide for our floral design.

2. Reserve your date

After initial consultations, if you are happy to proceed, we will request a booking fee of 200€ to secure your date.
Once we are confirmed as your florist, you can relax and enjoy the planning process! We will take care of all your floral needs, leaving you free to focus on other aspects of your wedding day.

3. Personalized proposal

Following our consultation, we will create a personalized proposal for you. This proposal will include a detailed breakdown of specific items, a mood board and pricing based on your preferences and budget. The consultations will continue by phone or email as much as necessary and also will include a visit to the venue when possible.

4. Final details

We will contact you one month before your wedding date to confirm all final details and any smaller changes you may have.

5. Wedding day

Your wedding day is here and we are ready to start creating those beautiful floral designs we have been planning. We will be there early in the morning to set up your floral installations and will stay as long as necessary to ensure that everything is perfect. The following morning, we will return to your venue to collect any other items provided as part of the design (vases, stands, etc).
